DAY OF EVENT TICKET INFORMATION:

Day of Ticket Price: $30.00

Ticket sales will close at 11:59 PM on Saturday, July 20. Day of tickets will be available to purchase at the gate. Sales at the gate are cash and credit card only. There are no fees if the tickets are bought at the gate. They will be sold at the face ticket value.

 

WHAT ITEMS CAN I BRING INTO THE GROUNDS?

  • One factory sealed or empty water bottle will be allowed per person. Water fountains are located across from the portable restrooms.

  • Small or disposable cameras, GoPros (without accessories)

  • Small bag, purse, or backpack We encourage patrons to leave backpacks and large

    bags at home. Bags and purses will be subject to security checks.

  • Binoculars

  • Empty water bottle (non-glass)

  • Strollers

  • Lawn chairs

  • Blankets

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED INTO THE GROUNDS?

  • Bottles

  • Cans

  • Coolers

  • Outside food  (Food and beverage concessions are available inside of the park.)

  • Beverages

  • Weapons

  • Pets (except authorized service animals)

  • Drugs or alcohol

 

WHAT TIME DO THE GROUNDS OPEN?

The event begins at 3 PM sharp.

 

IF I LEAVE, CAN I RE-ENTER?

Yes, your hand will be marked upon entry so you will be able to leave the grounds.

 

WILL I NEED A TICKET FOR ENTRANCE INTO THE EVENT?

Yes. Your Water is Life Etix ticket confirmation email on your smart phone, paper Print at Home ticket or actual printed ticket will be scanned at the entrance gates.

WHY ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES IF I BUY ONLINE OR BY PHONE

The fee is made up of multiple components: fee to use the Etix ticketing platform, cost of processing on the Etix platform, cost to recover chargebacks from fraudulent ticket purchases, and credit card fees, among others.

 

CAN I USE CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS ON-SITE?

Credit cards can be used to purchase admission tickets, merchandise, and food and beverage.

 

ARE THERE ATMS ON-SITE?

Yes, there are ATMs outside the gate, in what is known as warming shack.

 

IF I BRING A CHILD, DO I NEED TO BUY THEM A TICKET TO ENTER THE GROUNDS?

That depends! Children under 5 are free.

 

IS HONOR THE EARTH MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE AT THE EVENT?

HTE merchandise, along with band merchandise, will be available on site in the merchandise tent.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

The show will go on, rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, information and instructions will be posted on our website, messaging from the main stage if weather permits, and through our social media accounts.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO PARK?

Parking is available next to Bayfront Festival Park. See map below. The daily parking fee of $5 will be charged during the event. Pay as you enter.

Playfront parking at the Bayfront playground is free for up to 2 hours, but spaces is EXTREMELY limited.

Additional parking is available across the street at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center. Daily parking rates are $5 for daily parking and $10 for special event parking. Pay as you enter. RV Parking is available at the DECC at anytime.

IS THERE BIKE PARKING?

Of course! There are bike racks available by the warming shack when you enter the park. They are first-come, first-served. No reserved spots here.

 

IS THE SITE ACCESSIBLE?

Yes! The park is accessible and we will have seating areas for individuals who require accommodation and a clear view of the stage. If you need assistance on the grounds find a volunteer wearing an Honor the Earth shirt to assist you.

 

IS THERE A SPOT WHERE MOTHERS CAN NURSE?

Of course, we have an area where a mother can nurse their child, or pump. It is located in the Health and Wellness tent to the right side of concert grounds as you are walking in.

 

ARE TICKETS TO THE EVENT TAX DEDUCTIBLE?

No, general admission tickets are not tax deductible.
