Decolonize U will be hosting two (2) summer youth sessions this year, one in July, and the second in August. The first session in July is for our ~13-18 years young relatives. The second session in August is for our ~7-12 year young relatives. (August session will take place August 21st 11:30 - 1:00 pm PT / 2:30 - 4:00 pm ET - more details to be announced. Please stay tuned for those). For the first session in July, we will be engaging in what it means to honor the earth, what examples do we see in our lives that do not honor the earth, and lastly what can the next generation do to continue the defense and protection of our Mother Earth with the support of their parents and trusted community. This session will be facilitated by three of our amazing women and mothers on staff: Taylor from our development team, Sabrina from our finance team, and Lala from our communications team.
